Terms and Conditions
All teachers and administrative personnel are expected to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period will be permitted 3 times in a month.
All teachers should arrive on time for class and deliver a full one-hour lecture. The timetable has to be followed strictly, break can be taken only at a predefined time.
Teachers should not leave the classroom during lectures and should not use mobile phones for personal purposes during lectures.
Teachers should stand while teaching and avoid sitting in class as much as possible.
Appropriate dressing is expected.
Teachers should only use textbooks / valid notes in the classroom to teach.
When taking a holiday or a half-day, teachers should apply online for the same and also inform their colleagues verbally.
Teachers will only be given a half-hour lunch break when working part time and 1 hour when working full time.
Teachers should not nap in the classroom.
Teachers should not discuss their personal problems in the classroom.
Only typed question papers in proper format should be distributed to students.
Teachers should keep track of their portions on a weekly basis.
Teachers are expected to pay special attention to students who need special attention.
At least two administrators should always be available at any time.
All of the expectations should be met, and teachers should also work to improve the student’s performance.
All teachers should be ready to take lectures offline as well as online. If required teachers can be asked to record lectures (video) and the content that will be created during this employment period will be intellectual property of Khardikar Classes.
Nobody can claim a specific class as their own, adjustments can be made based on the needs of the classroom.
Attendance should be recorded on a daily basis using both biometric system and manual method (Incoming and outgoing times should be marked) failure to do so will result in absence.
The organization will award everyone who follows all of the rules and regulations. Various tags such as best teacher, best performer etc. will also be awarded to worthy candidates.
Teachers are not allowed to take home tuitions, if found will be fined ₹50,000/- and asked to resign immediately.
If the staff decides to do any recreational activities, during or after their working hours under the banner of Khardikar Classes without prior permission, resulting in any difficult situation then our institute will not be responsible for the same.
If any teacher or administrative staff member disagrees with any of the rules, they should notify us, and we will appoint new teachers.
A raise in salary is only possible when all the above requirements are met.
