Why don't we share our fees details on phone?

One of the crucial question everyone has when they first contact us on phone or WhatsApp is what is the fees. If you search on the internet or even on this website you will not find fees details anywhere. So when any one asks us for this, we always ask them to come in our office and meet us in person along with their documents, only then we can quote the price.

There is a reason why we do this. We are not like any other educational institute where they just provide limited services and have specific kinds of students. So, it is very easy for them to have standard fees for everyone. 

What we do is provide various kinds of educational services to different kinds of students. The students who come to us are from various different boards or universities (for some migration has to be done), they are of various age groups (even adults in their 40s-50s), have attempted the same exam different number of times (ranging from 1-7 attempts) and have different gap periods (ranging from 1-30 years) after their last exam. The reason for them giving exam is different (Some need for promotion at work, some for getting a job and some just want to get their qualification) It is not fair to charge same fees, to each and everyone who come to us and hence we quote the price only after getting to know the situation of the student and what exact service they want from us. 

What should be avoided? and the right way to do things.

Verification of documents along with your education history is extremely important for us to quote the right price. We receive 100s of blurry incomplete documents everyday on WhatsApp and people ask for fees,  it is not that simple. There is a right protocol, which has to be followed if you genuinely live outside Mumbai and cannot physically meet us then scan all the documents required in high quality, don't even miss the photos and sent it to us on our email: hello@khardikarclasses.com. All the documents required are mentioned on this website under admission process tab. In the email explain your situation and educational history in 50 - 100 words. The documents must be in PDF format only and should be legible when printed. If the documents sent are incomplete or in JPEG/PNG format we will reject the application. If everything is according to the format we will reply to you in maximum 2 days.

How to get good discount? without effecting your membership status.

For our institute and most businesses around the world, time is money. So if you follow this and make full payment as soon as you take admission you will not only get good discount but also it will not affect your membership status. This will only work if you take admission before the new academic year start. If you take the admission late then you will not get massive discount even if you pay your fees in one installment as late fees will be added by our partner institute. Still we will not decrease your membership status, on the grounds of good payments history.

What have we learned from the past? and our conclusion.

In the past we have tried to keep a standard fees structure, but it has not worked for us because some students require extra work and some don't, so we have to adapt accordingly. We don't like to quote a price in the beginning and then increase it afterwards as we find out some new information. So we first get all your correct information and quote a final price with no changes down the line. Therefore, we request you to please don't ask for fees structure on phone or WhatsApp unless you have physically met or emailed us.

One thing is for sure, you get what you pay for. As a doctor or a lawyer will charge independent fees to separate clients for different services according to their needs, similarly we do the same. ID Cards and Wristbands

From the academic year 2022 - 23 every student will be given an ID card along with an wristband according to the type of admission he/she has chosen for - click on the id card or wristband to learn more. Starting this year everything will be happening offline and this cards will serve as an element for identifying the identity of students, when they physically enter in our partner institutes for exams or any other purpose. (Please note our partner institutes will not entertain anyone for exams or any other purpose without checking this ID cards and wristbands) This cards will be issued by Dombivali head office and can take upto 10 working days after the date of completion of admission process, to be dispatched. Only students having this accessories will be considered as verified Khardikar Classes® students and receive all the benefits from us as well as our partner institutes. We will only issue this cards to students whose admission is confirmed.
