Sanket Khardikar is the Managing Director of Khardikar Classes® and treasurer at Khardikar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. He has been granted five times national awards from six honourable Indian government ministers. First from Governor of Maharashtra - Hon. Bhagat Singh Koshyari in 2022, second by Education Minister of Maharashtra - Hon. Deepak Vasant Kesarkar in 2023, third by Member of Rajya Sabha - Hon. Narayan Rane and Chief Minister of Maharashtra - Hon. Eknath Shinde in 2024, fourth from Hon. Rahul Narwekar - Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and fifth by Hon. Ramdas Athawale - Member of Rajya Sabha.
He is an award winning businessman, Diligent Treasurer, Educator, Inspirational Speaker, and essentially a very Zealous International Language and Culture Trainer.
Sanket believes that every person has their own special talent and is capable to achieve anything they want if they are a little persistent and disciplined in their work. According to him a person's ability to properly communicate is the most important skill any one should have, because a person with great ideas is of no use until their ability to express it to other people. Language is not a genetic gift, it is a social gift. Learning a new language gives an individual a different vision if thinking, it is like possessing a second soul. With language one feels like home anywhere. Sanket also believes that every human is the author of his own health or disease. Being healthy and fit isn’t a fad or a trend. Instead it’s a lifestyle. As man is a social animal a balance between good physical fitness and social life is crucial for living a healthy and happy life.
Sanket’s name is recorded in Maharashtra book of records & Diamond books of records for distributing 11,111 books in 150 educational institutions in a short span of 24 hours. (On 15th October 2018 - Birth anniversary of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam) Sanket has faith that one person can make a difference and thus everyone should try. Following his point of view, he has conducted various seminars to impart his knowledge among the underprivileged children in outskirts of Mumbai without expecting anything in return. For which he was felicitated by many Local Newspapers, Non-profit Organizations and Educational Institutions. Sanket’s outgoing personality makes him a great socializer. Sanket’s versatility and sense of humor brings about a positive attitudinal change in every person he meets. Sanket’s calm and composed approach can be reflected in his training sessions. Sanket is a management(B.M.S & M.B.A) and law(B.L.S LL.B) graduate from Mumbai University. He has a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws, The Government law college, Mumbai. He is a government certified Linux and Cyber security ethical hacker. He has acquired the knowledge of German language from the finest establishment in Germany – Goethe Institute. Sanket is Internationally Certified TEFL / TESOL Trainer from Asian College of Teachers, Bangkok, Thailand. He has completed his Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) from Cambridge Assessment, United Kingdom. Sanket has a Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama, Mumbai and GMM, Thane. He has completed Inner Engineering from Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore. He has actively participated as an volunteer in Mahashivratri 2022 in Coimbatore. He has a deep knowledge about character building. Sanket is a certified Trainer from Indian Academy of Training and Development, Mumbai. He had travelled to Germany for his language programme where his interview was published in a german newspaper (Mitteldeutsche Zeitung).
