Terms and Conditions
Students are expected to be attending lectures regularly, sincerely and in a disciplined manner.
They should be polite, when interacting with all the teaching and non teaching staff in our institute.
If fees is going to be paid in installment then promptness in payment is required.
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance. Unless we have mentioned it prior in the documentation during admission.
Completion of homework, project work or any assignment given by teacher on time is required.
Cooperation in achieving our target and any act of bringing up the name of our institute is appreciated.
Please submit your original documents when you are asked to do so. Don't be late in your document submissions, without documents we cannot proceed with your admission process even if you have paid the entire fees. We are not responsible for any loss due to late or no submission of documents.
Full payment of fees should be made as per the terms during admission. If the fees is not fully paid before the starting of final exam then Khardikar Classes has the right to cancel the admission and no refund of previously paid fees will be issued. Students will themselves be solely responsible for any loss under such circumstance.
When you submit your documents make sure you collect them back, as soon as the results are announced. If there is a balance fees remaining we may still allow you to attend the lectures and give the exam but your results and documents will be blocked by our partner schools and colleges until you complete your entire fees.
We will retain the documents and results for one year after they are announced. Students can come and collect them in this time period. Failing to do so will attract a fine of ₹1000 per year. If you have not collected your documents please pay this fine according to the number of years you are late using the Razorpay button. We will provide you with the documents within 3 days of your payment.
Refund Policy:
For regular students:
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance. Unless Khardikar Classes failed to provide service as promised at the time of admission.
In cases where student fails to attend class / any personal reason of student or change of mind one month after the date of admission is not permitted.
For private students:
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance. Unless Khardikar Classes failed to provide service as promised at the time of admission.
Change of mind after submission of documents xerox / original and beginning of admisterial process in our partner institute is strictly not permitted.
In cases where student fails to provide original documents but provides xerox or partial original documents and admission process is started in our partner institute in such situation refund is strictly not permitted.
Cooperation and patience is expected from students. Students who create nuisance in our office/classroom or in our partner institute will definitely not have any right to claim refund or any help from us. It will delay or cancel any ongoing refund process.
Reasons why your refund will be rejected:
Student is not polite, when interacting with our partner institute.
Student failed to submit original documents.
Student is not sincere or disciplined. He/She is absent for written / oral exams or failed to submit projects on time.

In case of any further assistance please contact Sunil Khardikar +91 9820627580. Decisions taken by him will be final. Talking or convincing anyone else in our office or partner institute is of no use. As per refund policy if you are not eligible for a refund Sunil Khardikar sir can contact partner institute and try for a solution. For partial refunds (deduction of 10% - 50% or minimum 10,000/- whichever is higher) refund can be processed in 3 - 6 months. For full refund processing time will range from 6 months to 2 years.
