What does it mean? If you hold an Exclusive Card?

Holding an Exclusive card signifies that the student is in one of our flagship programs (Integrated admission of 2-3 years) or are loyal to our institute for more than 3 years. We issue this card rarely and to our most valuable students. Students will also be issued an orange wristband along with this card. When a student holds this card it signifies to us and our partner institutes that the student is of highest value and accordingly various priority services will be allotted to them. Students of this tier will have our highest attention and we will make sure that all their requirement are fulfilled, they don't face any issues with any kind of matters. Special attention will be given to this students by our staff and in case any changes are to be made then we will be flexible and of help to best of our ability. This card holds a lot of power being our top tier card and hence we don't issue it to any student easily. We have our internal criteria to decide which student will get this card. Usually if you are with us for a significant number of years and you are a trustworthy candidate in terms of your payment history then we will upgrade you to this card.

Card tier and recommendation:

  • This is our highest tier card.

  • We recommend you to try and upgrade to this level as much as possible. It will be difficult but worth the effort.

Relationship value:

  • Usually the relationship value will range from ₹1,20,000 to ₹2,00,000 per annum.

  • Close friends and family members will be given this benefit irrespective of their relationship value.

How to get this card? Can I upgrade?

  • The easiest way to get this card is by maintaining a relationship value specified above. We recommend you to do this by getting a integrated admission of minimum two or more years.

  • The other way is to be consistent and continuously take admission in our institute for three consecutive years without getting any discount and pay your fees on time.

  • If you fulfill this criteria you can upgrade and enjoy our top level benefits.

Rewards you get for holding an Exclusive Card:

  • Instant additional ₹5,000 discount for one spot full payment at time of admission.

  • You get 1000 reward points when you follow us on all social media platform which include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and write a review for us on Google. (Reward rate 0.1%)

  • You get 1000 reward points when you pay your fees in 3 months of getting the admission if opted for EMI method. (Not applicable for late admissions) (Reward rate 0.1%)

  • To claim your reward points show the proof of completion of your task by physically visiting our office. We will issue the credit note only after physically verification of your performed activity.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The card and wristband will be issued only once in a year and has to be taken care of till the end of the year. In case the card is lost or stolen ₹1,000 will be charged for reissuance.

  • The student has to carry the card and wear the wristband at all times when they are in our or our partner institute premises. Failing to produce the card or wristband will result in considering the student as an blue card member with no benefits.

  • The card is a property of Khardikar Classes and once the year ends (after final exam) has to be submitted back to us.
